Although there are no refunds and all of our sales are final, we strive for great customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your items you may request an exchange within 48 hours after you receive the product.

To qualify for an exchange, please see requirements listed below:

• An exchange request must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Closures and frontals must be in it's original state (unaltered physically and chemically).
• The hair must be in its original packaging and tagged.
• Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice.
• Merchandise must be physically received before exchange can be granted. Please allow 72 hours upon receipt to inspect.
• Customers will be responsible for shipping expenses. We recommend our clients use a shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package.)

We only ship to the billing address of your credit card. To ship to a different address you must use a “PayPal Confirmed” address with PayPal checkout. Additionally, your package will be delivered via USPS Signature Confirmation™. Signature Confirmation™ requires that the recipient (or a responsible person at the residence) be present to sign for the item. This is to reduce consumer fraud.
